2. Weekly 26 English lessons (45 mins per lesson) Monday to Friday, no office hours
3. Class size of 22 (one more student, 5 RMB added), Classroom multi-media facilitated
4. Salary 20691 RMB for master, while 21291 RMB for PHD before tax
5. Free independant apartment on the campus
6. Nearly 4 months paid summer and winter vacations and fully paid all Chinese pubic holidays
