Join our teaching team in Santa Cruz, Bolivia!
Language Connection is the international standard for English language teaching in Bolivia. Fully owned and operated by qualified ESL teachers, we prioritize academic quality above all. Over the past 10 years, we've built a strong community of learners—adults, teens, and children—all working toward their English goals.
We've expanded to two locations in the sunny city of Santa Cruz, and we're looking for native-speaking, CELTA-qualified (or equivalent) teachers to lead our small-group, interactive-based classes.
Have a look at our social media or website to get a better sense of who we are and what we do. We are recruiting for the semester starting July 2026, and ask for an initial one-year commitment.
We look forward to hearing from you,

📌 Please review the requirements to teach English in Bolivia before you start applying for teaching positions. If the job post specifies "NES" or "Native English Speaker", it typically means applicants are required to be from one of the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa. However, in some cases, this may indicate a preference rather than a strict requirement.

⏳ Due to the high number of applications the schools receive they may not be able to respond to every application. If you don't hear back from them within a week or so, it's best to move on to the next job.

⚠️ When applying for jobs, you should NEVER have to pay to apply. You should also NEVER have to pay to buy anything which they then pay you back for later. NEVER PAY FOR ANYTHING! Also always verify you're actually talking to the company in the job post and not an imposter. Scams in TEFL are rampant, be careful!
