Guangdong Pei Zheng College is known for its excellence in education and language training. All freshman and sophomore students are required to take oral English classes (including oral English corner with a foreign teacher in each term). With 30-35 foreign teachers on campus, we proudly showcase a great variety of expertise among our faculty, and we are currently seeking passionate, responsible, and qualified teachers who share our enthusiasm for teaching English.
Our beautiful campus is surrounded by mountains and a lake. It is located in Huadu district of Guangzhou, the capital of Great Bay Area in China. It takes only 15 minutes from the nearest metro station called Fei e ling station(Metro Line Nine) to college by car.
The Ministry of Education named Guangdong Pei Zheng College a ‘Top Ten Private College of Guangdong Province’, ‘Top Ten Education Institution in Student Employability’ and we won the award for ‘National Advanced Private Education Institution’. In 2014, Pei Zheng College ranked in the Top 50 of Private Universities in China and No.1 in Guangdong Province by the Chinese Alumni Association.

*ESL teacher’s salary, benefits, and perks*
Salary: Pre-tax yearly salary for newly hired teachers starts from 164,584 RMB to 202,232 RMB according to academic qualifications and background. The university also offers three times of yearly salary increase.
Offer Chinese holiday allowance as an extra benefit.
Workload: 22 teaching periods to 26 teaching periods each week (1 teaching period =45 minutes).
Regular teaching outings and festival parties provided by the college.
Free use of inside-campus facilities such as football pitch, badminton court, table-tennis court and dance studios and regular extra-curricular activities held by college. A fully equipped and fee-based gym and swimming pool are available.
Free private accommodation (Type: studio, one-bedroom apartment or villa): it is surrounded by mountainous forests and lake, low living cost, no traffic or pollution. It has a community-based living environment and an international food street directly across campus (western-style chain restaurants, Halal, BBQ, cafes and various Chinese cuisines).

*ESL teacher’s Requirements*
Native English speaker. We are looking for foreign talents from: U.K., U.S.A, Ireland, Australia, Canada , New Zealand, Singapore and South Africa.
Bachelor's degree or above obtained from your home country.
At least 2 years teaching experience or has a teaching certificate such as TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification.
Under the age of 51.
