KOJEN English Centers in Taiwan are looking for enthusiastic children's English teachers to join their team. KOJEN was founded by Kenneth Hou in the 1980s to address the growing need for English education in Taiwan. In collaboration with English Language Services (ELS), KOJEN has become one of the most reputable English institutes in Taiwan with over 1000 teachers and staff across more than 40 branches in the country.
Currently, there are openings available in Taipei city, New Taipei city, and Kaohsiung city. KOJEN offers a variety of courses for learners of all age groups, including preschoolers, children, teenagers, and adults.
At KOJEN, teachers adopt a student-centered approach to education, encouraging students to explore language choices and construct meaning from linguistic input. This approach aims to enhance linguistic sensitivity and promote greater awareness in language usage.
KOJEN provides a well-developed curriculum suitable for both novice and experienced teachers. To maintain teaching quality, KOJEN does not operate on a franchise model.
For those interested, KOJEN offers competitive pay of up to NT$70,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. The package includes paid training, teaching materials, work permit assistance, airport pick-up, initial accommodation, health insurance, and incremental raises based on accumulated teaching hours.

📌 You need to be from one of the following counties to teach English in Taiwan: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa.
