Are you a strategic leader with a passion for education and school operations? Gainesville International School Maesai (GISM), a leading international school in Thailand, is seeking an experienced General Manager & Administrator to oversee its operations, administration, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Operational Leadership – Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in facilities, finance, human resources, and compliance.
✔ Strategic Planning – Develop and implement policies to enhance school performance and growth.
✔ Financial Management – Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure sustainability.
✔ Human Resources & Staff Development – Lead recruitment, professional development, and staff well-being initiatives.
✔ Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to local and international education standards.
✔ Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with the Board, Head of School, faculty, parents, and external partners.
✔ Infrastructure & IT Management – Enhance technology integration and oversee facility improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
🎓 Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education Management, Business Administration, School Leadership, or a related field.
📌 Experience:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in school administration, operations, or an international school setting.
- Strong knowledge of finance, HR policies, facilities management, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with international school accreditation and compliance processes.
🔹 Skills:
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent financial management and budget oversight skills.
- Proficiency in technology, school management systems, and infrastructure development.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with faculty, staff, students, and parents.
