We are seeking a Head of English Department to join our team at Tonkla School in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The position offers a competitive monthly salary of 60,000 THB and involves leading the curriculum for both IP and IEP programs, supporting teachers with feedback and professional development, overseeing assessment systems, analyzing student performance data, and representing the department at school events.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, or a related field (Master's preferred), at least 5 years of international school teaching experience, demonstrated leadership in curriculum development, strong ESL methodologies, and excellent communication skills. Native English speakers are preferred.
The compensation package includes a 1-year renewable contract, health insurance, tuition waivers for dependents, paid holidays, free lunch, and visa support.
