Job Description:

Satit Bilingual School of Rangsit University, located in Pathum Thani, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Physical Education and Sports Department to join our international teaching team. This is a full-time position starting in July 2026, with a competitive salary of at least ฿70,000 per month.

Satit Bilingual School (SBS) is part of the Arthit Ourairat Institute, with campuses in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and the British International School of Phuket. We provide quality education from Early Years through to Year 13 and are an authorized IB World School for Kindergarten and Primary, and a Cambridge International School for Secondary education. Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and supervision of the department.
- Assist the School Principal in curriculum management, collaborative planning, and addressing academic-related issues.
- Ensure the efficient monitoring of timetables and schedules.
- Plan and manage sports teams, competitions, and tournaments beyond school hours.
- Oversee subject coverage, grading, examination paper administration, and student record keeping.
- Supervise and evaluate teaching staff regarding lesson planning, classroom management, and curriculum implementation.
- Support and participate in school activities and cooperate with other departments on academic and student affairs.
- Facilitate the development of a shared vision of learning to ensure student success.
- Teach Physical Education to students aged 3-17 according to the IB PYP and Thai MOE curricula.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Sport Science or a relevant field.
- Professional teaching qualification/license/certification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ professional teaching experience in a structured school setting.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching/coaching Sport and Physical Education.
- Fluent in English (minimum C1 fluency).
- Good administrative and class management skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities and ages.
- Knowledge and skills in various sports, including Basketball, Volleyball, Swimming, and Badminton, are desirable.
