Job Description:

Language Link Vietnam is looking for passionate ESL Teachers to join our Premium Partner Schools in Hanoi for the upcoming Academic Year 2026-2027.

We are currently interviewing for the new academic year starting in early August 2026. Apply now to secure a position with us.

- Monday – Friday fixed daytime schedule – NO WEEKEND CLASSES!!!
- Competitive pay up to 800,000 VND/teaching hour (up to 80,000,000 VND/month) (based on experience, qualifications & location)
- Teach at ONE campus only – choose between My Dinh or Ha Dong (no travel between sites)
- Join a team of over 200 ESL teachers as part of Hanoi’s premium public school program
- Start date:
+ Academic induction: Mid July 2026
+ Teaching: Early August 2026

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teach the provided syllabus using ESL methods (secondary students).
- Create and facilitate engaging activities.
- Administer mid-term and final tests.
- Participate in mandatory monthly training workshops and meetings.
- Attend annual parent-teacher meetings.
- Regular communication with our team.

REQUIRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be in Hanoi to conduct a face-to-face demo lesson (paid)
- Having at least 2 year of ESL teaching experience (preferably with ages 11-14)
- Bachelor’s degree in any subject
- A CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent teaching certificate (with teaching practicum is desired)
- Being a native English speaker or equivalent with evidence of high English proficiency (equivalent to CEFR level C2)
- A clear Police Background Certificate
- 2 referees will be contacted
- Able to commit until the end of the academic year (31 MAY 2027)

- Teaching rates: up to 800,000 VND per hour (based on experience/qualifications/ and offside distance)
