About Us:
At PACE Academy, we run English-language institutions in Cheongdam and Daechi for children aged 5-7 and Grade 1-2, respectively. Our focus is on fostering the unique abilities of gifted children through holistic education that emphasizes academic excellence, emotional intelligence, and social skills.
Position Overview (Homeroom Teacher):
We are looking for enthusiastic teachers with a strong commitment to education who can engage young learners effectively. If you have a passion for teaching and the ability to create meaningful learning experiences for children, we want to hear from you.
Position Details - Homeroom Teacher:
- Role: Homeroom Teacher
- Contract Period: 2026.03.01~2027.02.28
- Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Salary: Starting from 3,000,000 KRW (competitive, based on experience and qualifications)
- Housing Allowance: 700,000 KRW
- Holidays: 20 working days, including legal annual leave
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of classroom teaching and student activities
- Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to students’ needs
- Maintain regular communication with parents
- Prepare official classroom letters and reports
- Conduct Parent-Teacher Conferences twice a year
- Collaborate with Korean teachers for school events
- Conduct afterschool classes and host monthly events
- Facilitate academic activities to enhance student development
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field
- Teaching credentials or certifications are advantageous
- Recent teaching experience with children preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in educational technologies and office software
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment
Position Overview (Special Subject Teacher):
We are seeking Special Subject Teachers to enrich our students’ learning experience through interdisciplinary lessons. Candidates should excel in hands-on learning, proactive lesson planning, and inspiring creativity and critical thinking in young learners.
Responsibilities - Special Subject Teacher:
- Lesson Planning and Delivery
- Materials and Supplies Management
- Collaboration and Communication with homeroom teachers
- Event Coordination with subject-specific themes
- Documentation and Reporting for student portfolios
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Art, Science, Creative Thinking, Philosophy preferred)
- Teaching credentials or certifications are advantageous
- Experience in interactive teaching and event coordination
- Strong organizational skills for lesson planning and supplies management
- Ability to connect lessons to broader curriculum themes
- Proficiency in basic classroom technology and presentation tools
