Job Description:

Pan-Asia International School in Bangkok is currently seeking a qualified Native English Speaker to fill the position of Kindergarten 1 Homeroom Facilitator. This full-time role requires an immediate start.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field, along with a teaching qualification. Applicants must also have at least 2–3 years of consecutive teaching experience in Kindergarten or Early Years, preferably within an international school setting or a school where English is the primary language of instruction. Strong classroom management skills, a pleasant personality, a passion for working with young children, and a high standard of professional ethics are essential.

Candidates must be able to provide acceptable police clearance certificates from their home country and current country of residence, as well as three professional references from current and previous employers. Preference will be given to candidates with an Education degree, Early Childhood Education qualification, and/or IB PYP or international school experience.

Shortlisted applicants will be required to present original documents and may be asked to conduct a teaching demonstration.

The position offers a monthly salary of THB 50,000, with the potential for adjustment based on qualifications and experience.
