Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula and learning activities aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise teachers and support staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Monitor and support the social, emotional, and academic growth of children, addressing behavioral and developmental needs.
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining records of children’s progress and attendance.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations, and maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all children and staff.
- Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication, meetings, and events.
