Glory Singapore International School in Bangkok is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Math Teacher for both primary and secondary levels. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of at least 35,000 Baht per month.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing a comprehensive teaching plan, conducting 20 one-hour periods per week, organizing learning materials, maintaining communication with parents, assessing student performance regularly, monitoring student interactions, and cooperating with administration staff. You must ensure compliance with teaching standards and safety regulations while safeguarding children.
Specific qualifications required include a solid understanding of child development, current education theories, creative teaching skills, organizational capabilities, patience, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
General requirements include a teaching license, a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, competency in using technological teaching tools, residency in Thailand, a valid criminal background check, and two references. All applicants will undergo a paper test, an interview, and a class demo. Candidates should also be prepared to discuss safeguarding topics.
Compensation includes visa and work permit fees, accident and health insurance, tax payment, campus meals, and paid holidays.
