Kindergarten Teacher’s Duties & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated kindergarten teacher to join our holistic education team. Native English speakers are preferred due to our language immersion program's nature, which emphasizes language modeling in early childhood development.

- Develop value-based lesson plans to support students' growth holistically.
- Create a warm and nurturing classroom environment for students.
- Assist with daily classroom tasks to foster responsibility and cooperation.
- Customize learning centers to meet students' needs and encourage exploration.
- Organize language-learning activities and literacy lessons for KG3 students.
- Communicate regularly with parents and participate in workshops.
- Collaborate with co-teachers to enhance teaching practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 2 years of classroom experience with young children
- Passion for child-centered education and experiential learning
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Native-level English fluency
