Suankularb Wittayalai School in Bangkok is looking for a NES Secondary Teacher to start on May 15, 2025, on a 12-month Thai government school contract.
Responsibilities:
- Teaching English to Secondary School students (M4 and M5 Grade 8-9).
- Maximum of 23 teaching periods per week to classes of 36 male students aged 15-18.
- Working hours: 08:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday.
- Creating and implementing daily activities for students.
- Participating in student progress evaluation and school activities.
- Maintaining records of lesson plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and TEFL certification.
- 2-5 years of teaching experience.
- Native English speaker from UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or USA.
- Aged below 50.
- Proficient in English (TOEIC 900, TOEFL 550, IELTS 6.5).
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Focus on communicative English skills, especially listening and speaking.
- Flexible, energetic, and willing to participate in school activities and training sessions.
Benefits:
- Salary: At least ฿40,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
- Fully paid vacation, Thai national holidays, and 2 annual vacations.
- School covers work permit, half of social security, and additional accident insurance.
