Job Description:

Grow Up Art and English Academy in Chum Phae, Thailand is seeking a Full-time TEFL Teacher

We are a new school dedicated to providing English instruction to students of all ages, from kindergarten to adults. Our curriculum includes general English, phonics, real-life speaking courses, with more courses planned for the future. Our teaching style is based on the PPP method (presentation, practice, production) with a focus on speaking and listening skills through engaging games and activities.

Responsibilities:
- Report to and collaborate with the head teacher and teaching assistant
- Prepare and deliver lessons
- Grade homework and exams
- Provide feedback to parents
- Attend training sessions to understand the program

Salary: Starting at 28,000-30,000 Baht per month, with potential increase based on student enrollment and school growth. Additional pay for extra hours worked.

Benefits:
- 15 days of vacation per year
- Every Friday off

Requirements:
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree (required for work permit)
- TEFL certificate (minimum 120 hours)
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred
- Below 50 years of age preferred
- Located in or willing to relocate to Chum Phae, Khon Kaen province
