🧑🏫 About the role
We're hiring enthusiastic English ESL teachers to join schools in major cities across China. You'll teach small classes of around 15 students, using a proven curriculum and teaching methods.
Responsibilities
Teach English to kindergarten, primary, middle or high school students in a fun, engaging way
Plan and deliver lessons based on the school curriculum
Track and support student progress against clear learning goals
✅ Requirements
Bachelor's degree (any major)
TEFL, TESOL or CELTA certificate, or a teaching license (don't have one yet? See our accredited course: echinacareers.com/Services/TEFL-in-China)
Previous teaching experience preferred
Excellent spoken and written English
💼 Salary and benefits
Monthly salary: ¥18,000–¥30,000 RMB, commensurate with experience, qualifications and location
Flight reimbursement: ¥6,000 RMB
