Hysan Education Language School, located in Bangkok, is seeking a full-time German Language Teacher for MedLeap Pathways. MedLeap Pathways is an international education platform that aids aspiring healthcare professionals in preparing for global careers. We are in the process of opening a German Language Training Center in Bangkok to support students aiming to study, train, and work as nurses in Germany. We are looking for a native German speaker who can teach up to the B2 level and inspire students through engaging and effective lessons. Responsibilities: - Teach German language classes (A1–B2) to adult learners preparing for study and work in Germany. - Develop lesson plans, materials, and activities that adhere to the Goethe-Institut/CEFR curriculum standards. - Assess students’ progress with regular testing and provide feedback to help them achieve their proficiency goals. - Create a supportive and motivating classroom environment for students with varying levels of language experience. - Collaborate with program coordinators to align teaching with students’ professional and cultural preparation needs. - Participate in teacher meetings, training, and workshops as necessary. Requirements: - Native German speaker. - Teaching qualification such as DaF/DaZ, Goethe-Institut certificate, or equivalent is strongly preferred. - At least 2 years of experience teaching adults up to the B2 level. - Familiarity with CEFR-aligned curricula, exams, and preparation strategies. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles. - A passion for language teaching and cultural exchange. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience teaching in Southeast Asia or multicultural classrooms. - Knowledge of online teaching tools and blended learning methods. - Basic English proficiency to support classroom communication.
