Job Description:

Bristol Trilingual School in Bangkok is seeking a qualified Early Year Level Head for a full-time position with a competitive salary starting at ฿42,000 per month.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- 3–5 years of teaching experience in Early Years
- Experience in bilingual or trilingual schools is highly preferred
- Strong skills in curriculum planning and early years pedagogy
- Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and mentor teachers
- English proficiency at CEFR B1+ or higher
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about child development with a positive and collaborative attitude

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead curriculum planning and ensure high-quality learning experiences
- Support, mentor, and supervise Early Years teachers
- Teach selected classes as assigned
- Monitor children's development and maintain communication with parents
- Collaborate closely with school management and teaching teams to align learning goals
