Hysan Education in Bangkok is looking for a Native English Speaker (NES) for the position of English Language Teacher.
JOB TYPE: Full-Time / Part-Time
POSITION OPTIONS:
1. Full-Time NES Teacher
- Base Salary: Up to 60,000 THB per month
- Working Hours: 48 hours per week, including 25 contact teaching hours
- Teaching on Saturday, Sunday, and four weekdays
- Contract: 1-year with KPI bonus opportunity
2. Flex-Time NES Teacher
- Base Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 THB per month
- Working Hours: 9 contact teaching hours per week
- Teaching on Saturday and Sunday
- Contract: 6-month or 1-year
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teach English to students at different levels following Hysan Edu’s curriculum
- Create engaging lessons based on Active, Authentic, and Applicable learning
- Lead interest-based clubs and support student progress
- Conduct placement interviews and assess student performance
- Foster a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues for better outcomes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Native English speaker from specific countries
- 3 years of ESL teaching experience
- English teaching certificate (CELTA, TESOL, or TEFL)
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related fields
- Ability to teach adolescents and adults
- Energetic, patient, and culturally adaptable
