- The term of the Labor Contract is 1 year.
- The center will cover 100% of the Work Permit cost for the teacher.
- The Teacher will be paid $10/hour, with a workload of 100 teaching hours per month
- The Center ensures teaching availability during the Tet holiday period and provides 70 hours per month at minimum. The Tet holiday salary is $10/hour and will be paid based on the actual hours worked
- The teacher will receive training, and the training duration will depend on the teacher’s
level. The training period will be unpaid.Training usually lasts from 3 to 4 days. The goal is to help teachers become familiar with international-standard teaching formats.
- The Teacher will be responsible for the costs of the Visa and Temporary Residence Card.

Note about work hour:
- Maximum: 100 hours/month (not including the hours for preparing the lesson). The teacher is required to join a meeting with the center on Mondays, the meeting hours will not be considered as working hours. The teacher is required to join the extracurricular activities with the center such as green summer, Christmas, Halloween, etc. Each extracurricular activity is equal to 3 working hours.
- The Teacher must be punctual and adhere to a professional dress code. Neat and appropriate attire must be worn during working hours and at all Center events.
