Job Description:
Season Arts Children's Institute is a well-established B-Corp Certified school with over 30 years of experience in early childhood education across 5 campuses in Taichung City. We are currently seeking enthusiastic educators to join our team in August 2026.
Positions Available:
1. Full-Time Teachers
2. Substitute Teachers (Ongoing Need)
We offer Kindergarten and Elementary ESL programs, catering to children aged 3-6 in Kindergarten and grades 1-6 in ESL. Our commitment is to nurture open-minded, confident learners in a positive and creative environment.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum requirement)
- Experience with young learners preferred
Salary & Benefits:
- NT$70,000–80,000/month (based on experience, schedule, and mode)
- NT$40,000 Re-signing Bonus
- NT$24,000 Contract Completion Bonus
- Paid Christmas Holiday (2 days)
- Bi-Yearly Bonuses
- Work Permit & ARC Provided
- Labor & Health Insurance
Schedule Options:
Full-Time: Mon - Fri (6.5-hour days, flexible between 9:00 - 18:00)
Includes Prep Time / Weekends Off
