Job Description:

The Australian International School Bangkok, located at the Sukhumvit 31 Campus, is currently seeking a qualified Executive Assistant to become part of our AISB team.

Role Overview:
- Serve as the initial point of contact within the school for staff, trustees, governors, local authorities, parents, and others wishing to connect with the Director and Head of School.
- Oversee complex diary management for the Director, scheduling appointments and meetings, ensuring that the Director is well-prepared with all pertinent documents.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative staff concerning school operations.
- Organize and prioritize daily workloads independently with minimal supervision from the Director.
- Compile and prepare documents needed by the Director for meetings, reports, or responding to information requests.
- Act as Government Liaison for all school-related operations, interacting with relevant educational departments and agencies such as OPEC, ONESQA, MOE, other Thai educational institutes, and local government offices.
- Assist the Senior Leadership Team in organizing and planning special events, including parent-teacher meetings.
- Manage parent complaints processed through OPEC, in consultation with school management.
- Support the Director in handling sensitive or confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.

Essential Requirements:
- Must be of Thai nationality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Thai and English, both written and verbal.
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in an international school setting is required, with pre-opening school experience being advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and other relevant software.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
