I Can Read System (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking dedicated full-time and part-time Literacy/EFL Teachers to join our expanding team. With over 20 years of experience and more than 20 centers in Thailand, we specialize in teaching literacy, phonological, and general English skills to young learners aged 3–12. Our program is well-structured, and we provide full training, lesson plans, and teaching materials.
We invite native English speakers from Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Ireland, and South Africa to apply. Candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (minimum 120 hours)
- Clear speech with a universally understandable accent
- Experience in teaching or working with children
Full-Time Positions:
- Work schedule: 5 days per week, including 3 weekdays (13:00-19:00) and weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 9:00-18:00)
- Contract duration: 24 months
- Salary: THB 48,000+ per month
- Benefits: Training and contract completion bonuses, visa and work permit assistance, social security, medical cover, and ongoing professional development
- Locations: Bangkok Metropolitan Region (Central Pinklao, Central Salaya, Crystal Park, Fashion Island) and regional areas (Roi Et, Surin). Full-time relief teachers must be willing to travel within the Bangkok Metropolitan Region.
Part-Time Positions:
- Work schedule: Weekends (9:00-18:00) with at least 4 teaching hours
- Contract duration: 24 months
- Hourly rate: Up to THB 600, depending on qualifications and teaching performance
- Benefits: Annual bonus of THB 100 per class taught and a training bonus
- Locations: Bangkok Metropolitan Region (Central Westgate, Crystal Park, Future Park Rangsit) and regional areas (Rayong). Part-time relief teachers must be willing to travel within the Bangkok Metropolitan Region.
