Anglo Singapore International School in Bangkok is seeking a qualified and dedicated Head of Kindergarten Department to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of at least ฿85,000 per month. The successful candidate will provide both academic and pastoral leadership within the Kindergarten section, fostering high standards of teaching, learning, and student wellbeing during these formative educational years.
As the Head of Kindergarten, you will work closely with the Kindergarten & Primary School Principal and the Senior Leadership Team to promote curriculum coherence, instructional quality, and professional practices across the Kindergarten. Your responsibilities will include guiding teaching and learning, ensuring curriculum consistency, mentoring teachers, overseeing assessment practices, and building strong relationships with parents.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and a recognized teaching qualification such as B.Ed., PGCE, or Early Childhood Certification. A minimum of three years’ teaching experience in Early Years or Kindergarten, along with leadership experience in such settings, is required. Familiarity with early childhood curriculum frameworks and the Singapore early years curriculum, particularly in Mathematics and Science, is advantageous.
