Beaconhouse Yamsaard School Rangsit Campus in Pathum Thani is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Native English-Speaking Head Teacher. We are looking for an inspiring educator who is passionate about fostering academic excellence, empowering students, and growing professionally in a warm and collaborative environment.
Job Details:
- Location: Rangsit, Pathum Thani, Thailand
- Start Date: April 2027
- Salary: At least ฿68,000 per month (full-time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic leadership by supervising and mentoring teaching staff, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Oversee lesson planning, curriculum execution, assessments, and classroom management.
- Offer instructional coaching, feedback, and professional development for teachers.
- Maintain open communication with parents, faculty, and school leadership.
- Promote school policies, safeguarding protocols, and student well-being.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with a recognized teaching qualification.
- 3–5 years of classroom teaching experience, preferably in a bilingual or international school.
- Proven experience in educational leadership or departmental management.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Native English speaker preferred.
