Rainbow Planet is excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as we are Hiring New Teachers for March 2026 at our warm, child-centered, play-based English kindergarten located in Seongdong-gu, Seoul. Position 1: Homeroom Teacher (Native / English-Fluent Teacher) - Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30 - Location: Seongdong-gu, Seoul (near Singeumho Station) - Start Date: March 2026 - Age Group: 4–7 years + light after-school classes - Salary: 2.5–2.7M KRW (negotiable based on experience & qualifications) - Visa: E2, F4, F6 or any visa permitting full-time employment - Housing: Provided housing or monthly housing allowance (optional) - Benefits: National Pension, National Health Insurance, Severance pay, Paid leave Main Responsibilities: - Lead a play-based homeroom program and daily class routines - Support children’s social–emotional development - Collaborate with Korean co-teachers for lesson planning, class management, and event preparation - Maintain a positive, nurturing classroom environment Position 2: Bilingual Co-Teacher (Korean / Korean-American / Korean-Heritage Teacher) - Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30 - Location: Seongdong-gu, Seoul - Start Date: March 2026 - Salary: Starting from 2.3M KRW (based on experience) - Visa: Korean national or F-series visa holder - Housing: Not provided - Benefits: National Pension, National Health Insurance, Severance pay, Paid leave Main Responsibilities: - Support homeroom instruction, play-based learning, and daily care routines - Assist with arrival/dismissal and shuttle supervision - Communicate with parents when needed - Work closely with the native Homeroom Teacher to maintain a positive class atmosphere Preferred Qualifications (Both Positions): - Experience working with young children (formal or informal) - Warm, patient, and emotionally stable personality - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Flexible, positive mindset and cooperative working style How to Apply: Please email the following documents/information to jueun7409@naver.com: - Resume (CV) - Current location - Visa type - Position you are applying for (must choose Position 1 OR Position 2) - Recent photo (optional) Equal Opportunity Statement: Rainbow Planet provides fair and equal opportunities to all applicants.
