Job Description:

Lertlah Schools in Bangkok, Thailand, is currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Kindergarten and Primary Teachers to join our team. We are looking for candidates with native English-speaking fluency who are team-oriented and eager for an exciting new opportunity. The starting date for these positions is May 1, 2026.

The salary for this full-time position starts at a minimum of 40,000 Baht per month, and compensation is based on education and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and plan engaging lessons that are suitable for the age and skill level of students.
- Develop lessons and assessments that align with curriculum outcomes.
- Set and work towards goals with students.
- Use a variety of resources and activities for instruction.
- Conduct both formal and informal assessments of student performance in a timely manner.
- Maintain an organized and creative classroom environment that fosters respect and learning.
- Create instructional materials beyond standard textbooks.
- Be actively involved in the school community and its events.
- Adhere to and promote school-wide and administrative policies.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in education, teaching, or a related field is preferred; a Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience working with young children.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Patience and compassion for young children’s needs and emotions.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Efficient time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general teaching technology.
