Mission: The role of the Learning Experience Manager is to strategically plan, execute, and enhance the delivery of a superior EFL teaching program that aligns with the overall objectives of both the individual centers and the organization as a whole. This entails close collaboration with Centre Managers (CMs) and Group Centre Managers (GCMs) to comprehend and address the specific business requirements of each center.
Furthermore, the LXM is expected to embody the values and guiding principles of Apollo English, serving as an exceptional ambassador both within and outside of the workplace. By consistently upholding these standards, the LXM contributes to the overall reputation and success of the company.
I. Scope
The Learning Experience Manager (LXM) assumes a pivotal role in upholding Apollo's mission by ensuring the standardization of learning experience systems and fostering teacher development at the center level.
II. Duties & Responsibilities
Aligned with Apollo's overarching mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives, the Learning Experience Manager is entrusted with the following key responsibilities:
Oversight of all facets of the LX department, meticulously aligning activities with the center's delivery plan and the organization's strategic goals.
Collaborating closely with the Center Manager (CM) to drive strategic development initiatives at the center, synergistically harmonizing them with the center's objectives and the organization's vision.
Cultivating a culture of continuous learning and growth among teachers through comprehensive training and development programs.
Ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional learning experiences that exceed expectations, while simultaneously advancing teacher development efforts.
Effective management and communication, exemplifying leadership within the center by setting a positive example, acting as the primary point of reference for all academic-related matters, fostering seamless communication across diverse teams, and guaranteeing the timely completion of tasks with utmost attention to details.

• Native-level proficiency in English, enabling effective communication in a diverse and international environment.
• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree, an indispensable prerequisite to fulfill work permit requirements.
• Accreditation in CELTA/Trinity TESOL or an equivalent certification, demonstrating pedagogical competence.
• A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, with a preference for individuals with prior management experience, showcasing their leadership acumen.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills, essential for orchestrating seamless operations.
• Flexibility and cultural awareness, fostering an inclusive environment that embraces diversity and values cultural differences.
