The Canadian International School of Thailand, an IB World School offering the PYP and MYP from PreK3 to Grade 12, is seeking qualified and enthusiastic teachers to join our team for the academic year 2026–2027. We are looking for a Middle School/Secondary Science Teacher to start immediately.
Position: Middle School/Secondary Science Teacher
Requirements:
- A recognized teaching qualification (BEd, PGCE, GDipEd, or equivalent) from an accredited university
- Qualified teacher status in your home country
- Strong academic background and experience in teaching Science
- Experience teaching Middle School/Secondary students
- Previous experience with the IB MYP, preferably within an IB World School
- Proficiency in inquiry-based and student-centered learning
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other educators and departments
- International school experience is advantageous
As we continue to align the Ontario Curriculum with the IB framework, we seek a candidate comfortable delivering comprehensive subject knowledge through inquiry, interdisciplinary learning, and real-world applications. This supports our mission of integrating Ontario Curriculum expectations with the inquiry-based approach of the IB.
Salary: Starting from 80,000 THB per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
