Job Description:

Position: Native English-speaking Instructor at the Institute of Language, Art and Culture, Suan Dusit University, Bangkok

The Institute of Language, Art and Culture at Suan Dusit University in Bangkok is seeking a Native English-speaking Instructor. This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting at 30,000 baht per month, with the potential for negotiation.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver English language courses for undergraduate and graduate students, including General English, Academic English, Business English, Presentation Skills, and TOEIC/IELTS Preparation, as well as English Communication Skills.
- Develop teaching materials and online learning resources.
- Organize English camps, workshops, language clubs, and other extracurricular activities.
- Provide proofreading and editing services.
- Support and participate in university events and activities, including those outside Bangkok or beyond standard working hours, such as weekends.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM

Qualifications:
- Native English speaker from a country where English is the primary language.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Linguistics, English Language Teaching, English, Education, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of English teaching experience, preferably at the university level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or certification in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, English Education, or a related field.
- Experience teaching English for Academic Purposes (EAP), English for Specific Purposes (ESP), TOEIC, IELTS, or other standardized test preparation courses.
- Experience organizing language-related activities, workshops, or international programs.
- Basic knowledge of Thai language and culture.

Benefits:
- Sick Leave: Up to 60 days per year (paid for up to 30 days)
- Maternity Leave: Up to 98 days per childbirth (paid for up to 45 days)
- Personal Leave: Up to 45 days per year (paid)
- Incentives and per diem provided for participation in designated university events and activities outside of Bangkok or beyond normal working hours, including weekends.
