Phunphinpittayakom School in Surat Thani is seeking one native English-speaking teacher and one native Chinese-speaking teacher. The school is located in southern Thailand, approximately 600 km from Bangkok, and is easily accessible from Surat Thani railway station, bus terminal, and airport.
Positions Available:
1. NES English Teacher
- Monthly Salary: 40,000-45,000 THB, based on experience and qualifications
- Contract Duration: 11 months, from May 10 to March 31, 2027
- Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, English and/or American Literature, Applied English Linguistics, TEFL, TESOL Education, or related fields.
2. Chinese Teacher
- Monthly Salary: 25,000-26,000 THB, based on experience and qualifications
- Contract Duration: 11 months, from May 10 to March 31, 2027
- Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language (TCFL), Chinese Language and Literature, Education, or related fields.
Responsibilities for Both Positions:
- Teach language skills with a focus on specific courses such as reading and writing.
- Participate in team activities including English camps, Chinese camps, field trips, competitions, and academic activities.
- Work hours consist of 18-22 periods per week, Monday through Friday.
- Class sizes range from 35-40 students, with around 2,000 students and 120 teachers in total at the school.
