Srinakharinwirot University Prasarnmit Demonstration School in Bangkok is currently hiring for two positions: NES English Teacher (IELTS Specialist) and NES Physics Teacher. We are looking for enthusiastic, qualified individuals to join our team and contribute to our trilingual program.
Position 1: NES English Teacher (IELTS Specialist)
We are seeking a dedicated English teacher specializing in linguistics or related fields, with proven experience in teaching IELTS preparation courses. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective IELTS lessons and preparing students for higher education pathways.
Qualifications:
- Open to all nationalities, with a preference for native English speakers.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in linguistics, English, education, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching IELTS courses.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including enthusiasm, empathy, proactivity, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver IELTS lessons, including course syllabi.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment.
- Communicate with parents about student progress.
- Support school-wide events and activities.
- Monitor class attendance and grade assessments.
Position 2: NES Physics Teacher
We are seeking an English-speaking teacher to deliver physics lessons as part of our secondary education program. Candidates with a PGCE, PGCEi, teaching license, or Kurusapa teaching license are preferred.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in physics or physics education.
- Experience in teaching physics, engineering, programming, and science courses.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including enthusiasm, empathy, proactivity, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging science lessons.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment.
- Communicate with parents/guardians about student performance.
- Participate in school-wide events, science fairs, and related activities.
Location:
The school is in Asoke, central Bangkok, close to BTS and MRT stations.
What We Offer:
- Starting salary: 55,000 THB/month.
- Housing allowance: 10,000 THB/month.
- Meals provided: Breakfast and lunch.
