Kruoom For Kids, a private early childhood development center in Roi Et, Thailand, is seeking a Native English-Speaking (NES) Teacher to join our welcoming and supportive team. This full-time position involves working with young children aged 1–4 years old. We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about educating young learners and can create a fun, positive, and engaging English-speaking environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Teach English to children aged 1–4 through enjoyable and age-appropriate activities.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons using songs, stories, games, movement, arts & crafts, and hands-on activities.
- Encourage natural communication and interaction in English.
- Create a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
- Collaborate closely with Thai teachers to support children's learning and development.
- Participate in school activities, events, and special programs.
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: Day off
- 6 working days per week.
Salary:
- Starting from 35,000 THB per month, with potential for negotiation based on qualifications and teaching experience.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience teaching young children is preferred.
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or relevant teaching qualifications are an advantage.
- Patient, friendly, energetic, and enjoys working with young children.
- Ability to work effectively with Thai teachers and staff.
- Reliable, responsible, and professional.
