Robrupasasakol School in Bangkok is seeking NES English Teachers and a Head Teacher for our dynamic English Program starting in October 2026. We have three available positions:
1. Head Teacher - EP Secondary Level: Responsibilities include up to 10 teaching periods per week.
2. English Teacher for Grades 7–12: Responsibilities include up to 20 teaching periods per week.
3. Thai-Teacher Assistant for the English Program: No teaching classes are required.
Each teaching period lasts up to 50 minutes, and responsibilities include lesson planning, administrative duties, and extracurricular activities. Total working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
We are looking for educators who are enthusiastic, professional, flexible, and dedicated to student development. Candidates should be capable of delivering well-structured and engaging lessons and should enjoy working in Thailand, embracing cultural diversity.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a relevant field)
- TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL certification (minimum 120 hours with in-class component)
- Native English Speakers from the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa (South African applicants must provide a TOEIC score of 900+)
- Currently residing in Thailand and available to start in October 2026
Salary & Benefits:
- Head Teacher: THB 53,000 – 58,000 per month
- English Teacher: THB 42,000 – 44,000 per month during a 3-month probation; THB 44,000 – 46,000 after successful probation
- 12-month renewable contract with annual performance-based increments
- Performance-based end-of-contract bonus
