Job Description:

Saint Joseph Mueang-Ake School, located in the Rangsit area of Pathum Thani, is seeking Native English-Speaking Teachers for Kindergarten and Primary levels. The roles are full-time, with a start date at the end of September. This is a direct-hire position with the school.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Only Native English Speakers are eligible.
- Applicants must hold a passport from one of the following countries: USA, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
- Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.

Salary and Benefits:
- Base Salary: 48,000 THB per month
- A small, refundable security deposit is deducted during the 90-day probation period.
- 12-month contract with pay for all months.
- Employment Continuity Bonus: 1,250 THB per month, accumulated and paid in full at the end of the contract.
- End-of-Contract Bonus: Ranges from 10,000 to 40,000 THB, depending on service and performance.
- Work Permit: Fully covered by the school.
- Annual Salary Increase: Guaranteed 2-3% based on performance.
- Paid School Breaks (after probation): April (14-30 days), October (2 weeks), Christmas (approximately 9 days), and all Thai public holidays.
- Health and accident insurance provided after probation.
- Housing assistance and airport pickup services available for teachers coming directly from abroad.

Position Details:
- Level: Kindergarten or Primary
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:15–16:15
- Teaching Load: Normal is 13-18 periods per week, with a maximum cap of 20 periods.
- Homeroom-based teaching with one assigned classroom.
- Co-teaching with Thai teachers.
- Teaching is limited to your assigned class.
- Opportunities for teaching extra classes for additional income.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in teaching multiple subjects in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, PGCE, PGCEi, or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
- Patient, caring, and professional demeanor.

Additional Notes:
- A 60-90 day probation period applies.
- Participation in up to 5 school events per year, which may include weekends.
- Visa and work permit support will be provided, with details explained during the hiring process.
