RoongAroon School in Bangkok is seeking a dedicated and compassionate NES Kindergarten Teacher to join our holistic education team. This full-time position offers a salary of at least ฿50,000 per month. The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker, as language modeling is crucial in our language-immersion program.
Responsibilities include designing value-based lesson plans that promote holistic learning, maintaining a nurturing classroom environment, and assisting with daily classroom operations. You will also create tailored learning centers, design interactive language activities, and provide structured literacy lessons for KG3 students. Regular communication with parents and participation in team meetings and workshops are essential parts of the role.
Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a classroom setting with young children, and native-level fluency in English.
