Essential Requirements
ā
Native English Speaker ONLY.
ā
Degree in English, Literature, Education, are preferred.
ā
Teaching certification (TESOL/CELTA ; PGCE/QTS preferred ).
ā
2+ years of experience teaching reading and writing class.
Preferred Skills & Experience
ā Experience teaching Reading Explorer / Great Writing.
ā Experience taking trial classes and good at communicating with parents.
Soft Skills
Cultural awareness (ability to explain Western literary/social context).
Adaptability(for different student levels and learning styles).
