Hongik University Elementary School is looking for a Native English Teacher for a part-time position.
1. Basic Information about the Position
- Location: Seongmisan-ro 51, Mapo-gu, Seoul (Hongik University Elementary School)
- Job Type: Part Time
- Term of Employment: January 20th, 2026 ~ February 10th, 2026
- Working Hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm from Monday to Friday
- Teaching Hours: under 18 teaching hours per week (40-minute class)
2. Benefits
- Salary: 2,500,000 KRW / month
- Housing Allowance: 500,000 KRW / month (No deposit provided from school)
- National Medical Insurance: 50/50 split
- National Pension: contribution 50/50 split
3. Requirements
- Native English speaker with a bachelor's degree or higher (Education, English, or Linguistics are preferred)
- Currently residing in South Korea, and holder of F4, F5, F6, or E2 Visa
- Minimum of one year of teaching experience with elementary school students
- TEFL / TESOL Certificates

5. Upon Hiring, the Following Documents Will Be Required
- A copy of a diploma (original or notarized copy)
- A copy of any certificates or qualifications (original or notarized copy)
- Confirmation of Apostille or Consulate at the Korean Embassy for certain documents
- A copy of the first page of the passport
- A copy of ARC (front/back)
- A letter of release for those currently employed
- A career certificate (experience proof)
- Health checkup (recent health check record including TBPE and Latent TB Test)
