Job Description:

Maitreya Dharma School in Chiang Mai is seeking three part-time Private English Tutors to teach two eight-year-old children. The position offers at least ฿500 per hour. Tutors will conduct one-on-one sessions, with separate lessons for each child. Classes are held at the students' homes during the daytime in the Hang Dong area of Chiang Mai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English focusing on phonics, spelling, listening, speaking, pronunciation, reading, writing, and basic grammar and vocabulary.
- Design engaging one-on-one lessons suitable for young learners.

Requirements:
- Native English speaker with clear and accurate pronunciation.
- Experience in teaching English to elementary school students or children of similar age.
- Familiarity with systematic phonics teaching and beginner reading and writing training.
- Patient, punctual, responsible, and skilled in encouraging children.
- Possession of teaching qualifications such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent educational background is preferred.

Work Arrangements:
- Part-time position.
- Classes are one-on-one, conducted during the daytime, with specific times negotiable.
- Location: Hang Dong area in Chiang Mai; on-site teaching required.
- Salary is negotiable, depending on experience, qualifications, and course arrangements.
- Interviews and teaching demonstrations are required before finalizing the employment.
