FLEXIBLE TEACHING SCHEDULE:
Teach 24/7 with full scheduling flexibility
Minimum commitment of 5 fixed Peak Hours per week
Open additional teaching hours whenever you choose

Mon - Fri: 19:30–20:15 / 20:30–21:15
Sat - Sun: 08:30–09:15 / 09:30–10:15 / 10:30–11:15 / 19:30–20:15 / 20:30–21:15
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Deliver engaging online English lessons to learners aged 4+ through adult level
Use world-class materials from National Geographic, Oxford, Cambridge, and Barron’s— no material preparation required.
Help students prepare for major exams including TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, GEPT, CAP, and GSAT
Provide brief, constructive feedback to track progress and keep students motivated

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Required qualifications:
CEFR C1+ English proficiency
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
Minimum 1 year of ESL teaching experience
TESOL/TEFL/TESL qualification — or a degree in Education
Strong digital literacy and the ability to engage learners online
Passionate, energetic, and student-centered teaching style
Preferred (fast-track to premium courses):
CEFR C2 English proficiency
CELTA or DELTA certification
Experience teaching premium or exam-focused courses
EARNING POTENTIAL
Starting rate: set after your 1-on-1 interview
Top teacher rate: up to USD 15 per session
Fastest Path to USD 33 per session: high-performing teachers may qualify for premium course assignments
