Job Description:

Windfield International School in Koh Samui, Surat Thani, Thailand, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Mathematics Teacher to join our international team. The successful candidate will inspire students to develop strong mathematical understanding, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills within a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Foster students' analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to support student success.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
- Recognized teaching qualification or teaching license.
- Previous experience teaching Secondary Mathematics, preferably in an international or British curriculum.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- A passion for inspiring young learners and promoting academic excellence.
