PACE International Academy is looking for an ESL teacher for Kindergarten and Grade 1 classes in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The start date is April 1 for this full-time position with a salary range of 2.8 to 3.2 million KRW.

Position Overview:

Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education or science-related majors preferred
- Teaching credentials or certifications are advantageous
- Recent teaching experience with children is preferred
- Familiarity with current instructional strategies and early childhood education best practices
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in assistive technologies, email, internet, and standard office software
- Ability to create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment for diverse backgrounds
- Basic familiarity with office and video equipment
Details:
- Role: Special Teacher and R&D work
- Contract Period: September 14, 2026, to September 13, 2027
- Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
- Flexible early leave after 5 pm may be arranged, subject to prior agreement and event schedule
- Lunch Break provided with lunch for teachers
- Compensation: 2,800,000 to 3,200,000 KRW based on position, experience, and qualifications
- 20 days of paid vacation and severance pay upon completion of employment
- Insured with the 4 National Insurances
