Position Overview

Are you an experienced English teacher in South Korea interested in expanding into teacher training, leadership roles, and earning extra income?

We are seeking educators to join as TESOL Program Partners for our 8-week online TESOL certification program. As a Program Partner, you will have a remote and flexible role. Your tasks include marketing, recruiting, and supporting students, with a payment of ₩700,000 per enrolled student.

Program Details

- Program Tuition: ₩2,500,000 per student

- Partner Compensation: ₩700,000 per enrolled student

- Format: 8-week live online training via Zoom

- Focus: Practical teaching skills and classroom readiness

- Accreditation: Students will earn a TESOL Certificate from the Paris College of International Education

Your Role as a Program Partner

- Promote and market the TESOL program

- Recruit and assist applicants through enrollment

- Support students during the program

- Conduct or assist in TESOL training sessions

Teaching Requirement

- Conduct 3–4-hour interactive classroom sessions focusing on practical teaching, feedback, and real classroom application

Compensation & Terms

- Partners earn ₩700,000 per successfully enrolled student

- Payment is provided after the student completes the 8-week program to ensure commitment and quality

Selection Process

- Shortlisting and interview process for all applicants

- Selected candidates must participate in an interview and deliver a TESOL teaching demonstration on classroom management strategies

Training & Onboarding

- Training on the online TESOL program delivery

- Guidance on lesson structure, teaching expectations, and student support

- Ongoing support before and during program delivery

Flexible Teaching & Scheduling

- Offer flexible schedules based on availability and student needs

- Classes usually scheduled Monday to Saturday, daytime or evening hours

- Maintain program quality while having control over your schedule

Student Support & Planning

- Schedule individual or small group sessions

- Provide feedback, guidance, and adjust schedules based on student needs
