Job Description:

The Role
We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and creative Native English-speaking teachers to join our team in Sathorn, Bangkok. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for educators already based in Thailand.
As an English Teacher at DADI Thailand, you will play a vital role in shaping young learners' early experiences. You will plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate lessons that nurture both academic and emotional growth, working closely with parents and colleagues to support each child's holistic development.
Key Responsibilities:
English Language: Jolly Phonics, Arts, Math, Science, and Health to assigned classes
Prepare lesson plans and assessments in accordance with the curriculum
Evaluate student progress and issue end-of-term reports
Collaborate with a Teacher's Assistant to manage the classroom and students
Organise school events and activities
Perform administrative duties such as weekly gate duty and student supervision

What We're Looking For
Energetic, patient, and genuinely passionate about working with young children
Deep understanding of play-based learning and ability to create inspiring, developmentally appropriate experiences
Effective communicator with children and colleagues
Experience in early childhood education with strong creative lesson planning skills
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
TEFL qualification (preferred but not essential)
Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa
Currently based in Bangkok or Thailand (preferred)

Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: Up to ฿50,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Occasional Saturday work (Paid as overtime)
No more than 20 contact hours per week (Monday–Friday)
