Position Overview
We are looking for teachers who enjoy meaningful lessons, curious students, and a supportive team. We especially welcome teachers who value creativity, critical thinking, and building strong relationships with their students.
Qualifications
Native English speaker
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Korea
Currently residing in Korea
Teaching Hours
Mon & Fri: 2:30–9:50 PM
Tue & Thu: 2:30–8:10 PM
Wed: 2:30–7:20 PM
Students: Grades 1–8
Class Size: Maximum 8 students
Locations: Pyeongchon
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: 2.8–3.6 million KRW/month (based on experience)
Housing: Provided if needed (optional)
Vacation
Year 1: 11 paid vacation days
Year 2: 15 paid vacation days
Flexible scheduling (not limited to fixed seasonal breaks)
Insurance & Contract
Severance pay after 1-year contract
50/50 split on pension, health insurance, and occupational safety/health insurance
