KOJEN English Centers, founded by Kenneth Hou, recognized the need for English education in Taiwan in the 1980s. In collaboration with English Language Services (ELS), KOJEN has grown into one of Taiwan's most esteemed English institutes with over 40 branches and about 1000 dedicated teachers and staff.
Currently, there are openings in Taipei city, New Taipei city, and Kaohsiung city for Children's English teachers. KOJEN offers various courses tailored to all age groups, from preschoolers to adults, following a student-centered teaching approach to enhance linguistic sensitivity and awareness.
Teachers at KOJEN benefit from a well-structured curriculum designed for both novice and experienced educators. The institute provides competitive pay, training, teaching materials, work permit assistance, airport pick-up, accommodation for the initial 7 days, health insurance, and incremental raises based on teaching hours.
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must possess a bachelor's degree and commit to a minimum of one year.

Please mention that you found the job on Teast for the school's reference.
📌 You need to be from one of the following counties to teach English in Taiwan: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa. However, some schools may still hire teachers who already have a long-term visa. This requirement only applies to teaching English - schools can still hire you for subjects other than English.
⏳ Due to the high number of applications the schools receive they may not be able to respond to every application. If you don't hear back from them within a week or so, it's best to move on to the next job.
⚠️ When applying for jobs, you should NEVER have to pay to apply. You should also NEVER have to pay to buy anything which they then pay you back for later. NEVER PAY FOR ANYTHING! Also always verify you're actually talking to the company in the job post and not an imposter. Scams in TEFL are rampant, be careful!
