Who We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:
✔️ EFL Teaching Certification: CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, or equivalent.
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
✔️ Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (preferably secondary school).
✔️ Cultural Awareness: Ability to adapt to and work effectively in Vietnamese state schools.
✔️ Clean Criminal Record (required for safeguarding).
Desirable Qualifications:
✔️ Higher-level TEFL certifications (Delta, DipTESOL) or a Master’s degree in a related field.
✔️ Previous teaching experience in Vietnamese state schools (advantageous).
