Hello everyone,
My name is Richard Kim, Founder & Director of U2 English, an online 1:1 English school, and Beyond Camp, an English immersion camp held in Singapore and Malaysia.
We’re not looking for short-term tutors. We’re looking for dedicated teachers who want to grow with us for years — and we’ve built a clear path to make that worth your while.

Why teach with us
🤝 A long-term partnership, not gig work
Booking-based classes with a steady student base (mostly elementary to middle school). All materials are provided, so you focus on teaching.
🏝️ Team workshops — including overseas
Once our team reaches its targets together, we hold workshops in destinations like Boracay and abroad: training, team-building, and a well-earned break — on us.
✈️ Teach at Beyond Camp in Singapore & Malaysia
Our top-performing teachers are invited to join Beyond Camp as on-site instructors. Camp positions come with significantly higher pay, resort accommodation and meals, flights, and additional benefits — plus the experience of teaching face-to-face in an international setting.
🏆 Speech contest incentive — ₱1,000 per award
We coach students for the Korea English Speech Contest hosted by the World Arts & Culture Exchange Association (사단법인 세계예능교류협회), where top-tier winners receive a scholarship to the United States. If you’re confident in speech coaching, you’ll be assigned contest-prep students — and every time your student wins an award, you receive a ₱1,000 bonus. In the last contest, 5 of our 12 students took the Grand Prize or Top Prize (US scholarship), so this is a real, recurring opportunity.
🎂 Birthday benefit
Every teacher receives a ₱300 birthday gift from us each year. Small things matter — we want you to feel like part of the family.

Please mention that you found the job on Teast for the school's reference.
📌 Please review the requirements to teach English in Online before you start applying for teaching positions. If the job post specifies "NES" or "Native English Speaker", it typically means applicants are required to be from one of the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa. However, in some cases, this may indicate a preference rather than a strict requirement.
⏳ Due to the high number of applications the schools receive they may not be able to respond to every application. If you don't hear back from them within a week or so, it's best to move on to the next job.
⚠️ When applying for jobs, you should NEVER have to pay to apply. You should also NEVER have to pay to buy anything which they then pay you back for later. NEVER PAY FOR ANYTHING! Also always verify you're actually talking to the company in the job post and not an imposter. Scams in TEFL are rampant, be careful!
