Job Description:

Lighthouse International School in Ilsan is looking for an Experienced Elementary Teacher and a Kindergarten Teacher.

About the School:

LIS is a private Christian school dedicated to nurturing students in a Christian environment. They aim to develop students as responsible Christians who will positively impact the world.

Qualifications:

- Must be a committed born-again Christian

- Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college

- For Elementary Teacher: Early Childhood or Elementary Education degree with experience in grades K-2

- For English Teacher: English, Education, or ESOL degree with experience in teaching literature to secondary students

Preferences:

- Bilingual in English and Korean

Duties:

- Work Monday to Friday, teaching assigned classes, providing instruction, assessing student progress, and integrating Biblical principles in teaching.

- Engage in various school activities and collaborate in curriculum development.

Remuneration & Benefits:

- Monthly salary based on experience, airfare reimbursement, health insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, housing, and more.

Contract Period:

1 Year with a possibility of extension. Start Date: July or August 2026
