Job Description:

Mataneedol International School, located in Khon Kaen, is seeking enthusiastic Native English-speaking teachers for a full-time position starting in May 2026. We require a teacher for IGCSE Biology and Chemistry. As part of our well-established and professional private school, you will work in a positive, multicultural environment alongside experienced foreign and Thai teachers.

The teaching load is approximately 18 lessons per week, focusing on the Oxford IGCSE curriculum. In Biology, topics include cell structure, organisation, photosynthesis, ecology, inheritance, and homeostasis. In Chemistry, topics cover atomic structure, bonding, chemical reactions, quantitative chemistry, and organic chemistry.

Requirements:
- Native English speaker from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand
- Minimum 4-year university degree in a relevant subject (BA/BSc or higher)
- TEFL certificate
- At least 1 year of teaching experience
- Enthusiastic, patient, and professional
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to grow professionally within a team

Responsibilities include attending daily morning assemblies, participating in school ceremonies and events, preparing assessments twice per academic year, organising an annual science project, maintaining classroom display boards, providing occasional class cover, and preparing weekly lesson plans. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:45–16:00.

Benefits include a monthly salary starting from 30,000 THB with an annual salary increase of up to 5%, optional paid after-school classes, professional development and ongoing support, assistance with Non-Immigrant B visa and work permit, generous paid holidays, free school lunch, and transport assistance if required.
